New Year, Expanded Directions

January always gets me organized & energized for the year to come (so does September) and this year is no different. This past week or so has been filled with:

• gathering calls to art for the upcoming year (so many good ones already!)
• signing up for printmaking workshops (you are never too old to learn!), and
• joining a few more art organizations that interest me

I'm excited about the year to come. Between all of the opportunities for exhibiting, and the challenges of learning new techniques, I think it will be easy to stay artistically motivated.
