The background was collaged with pages from an old play book, and covered with an acrylic wash. Then I altered a photograph of a doll face in Photoshop and made it look etched. I then overlaid it onto the background collage.

Hi Christine. Your art is Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! Your fortunate to be talented and have the knowledge of Photoshop. I do every thing the old fashion way, cut and paste. One day I hope to have enough money to buy Photoshop and experiment with it. I see in your wonderful art how much you love the freedom of the art form, Lynnette April.
